Construction technology of prestressed anchor cable
Prestressed anchor cables are suitable for slope and foundation reinforcement in soil and rock strata. Anchored within the stable rock-soil layers deep in road cuttings, these cables generate uplift resistance. This creates mutual restraint among the pile-slab, soil mass, and prestressed anchor cable body, improving soil mechanical properties and forming an integrated structure with internal force equilibrium.

Principle of stabilizing soil mass
Mechanical drilling is used to fix one end of the anchor cable to the stable soil layer in the deep part of the road cut through grouting, and the other end is connected to a reinforced concrete pile on the pile surface by prestressing the anchor cable through tensioning, the purpose is to effectively resist the soil by utilizing the anti pull force and pile bearing capacity generated by the anchorage section of the anchor cable.

Anchor cable inclination angle
Taking into account geological conditions, slope stress, support height, anchor depth, and other factors, the inclination angle of the first row of anchor cables is selected as 13 °, and the second and third rows of anchor cables are chosen the inclination angle is 20 °, and 154mm steel pipes are pre embedded according to its inclination angle during the pouring process of pile concrete.

Calculation of anchorage length
After calculation and combined with on-site testing, the length of the anchorage section is determined comprehensively. The length of the anchorage section of the soil cutting depends on the shear strength at the contact surface between the mortar and the surrounding rock
