1. The surface of the pipe bolt should be smooth, no serious strain, rust. The weld should have no cracks, no porosity slag inclusion, and it is not allowed to burn through the pipe wall. The pallet should be able to move freely on the rod body. It is recommended that the baffle ring interface and pipe seam openings are dislocated by 170o to 190o.
2. The pull force of the retaining ring weld is ≥80kN, the ultimate tensile force of the rod body is ≥110kN, the initial anchor force is ≥25kN/m, and the bearing capacity of the tray is ≥65kN.
