This cement-based anchoring agent, specially processed into an ultra-rapid hardening anchor bolt adhesive, features rapid setting, ultra-fast hardening, high early strength, slight expansion, superior bonding strength, reliable anchoring force, quick load-bearing capability, and excellent durability. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, cost-effective, easy to use, and simple to operate.
Working Principle
High-strength rapid anchor technology employs a novel high-strength, rapid-setting, micro-expanding grout as the bonding material for full-length bonded anchors. After installation, it provides support resistance within an extremely short timeframe. When used with backing plates, it applies triaxial prestress to the surrounding rock, connecting joints, fractures, and fractured surfaces-particularly in loose zones-thereby enhancing the strength of the anchored rock mass. This proves highly effective for reinforcing jointed rock masses and loose rock zones, facilitating the formation of an integrated "reinforced zone" within fractured rock and loose areas.
Instructions for Use and Precautions

According to the shotcrete design requirements, select the diameter of the roll-type anchoring agent and inspect it for moisture damage or deterioration.

Soaking: When using, ensure a single-hole design with the specified quantity soaked at once. Water depth >30cm. Typical soaking time ranges from 30 to 90 seconds, to be determined through testing.

Insert the soaked anchoring agent into the anchor bolt holes one by one using the designated tool, ensuring each is fully packed.

After opening the cement anchor agent package, immediately seal the inner bag of any remaining product to prevent moisture absorption. Pay special attention to moisture protection when storing batch-numbered products. If moisture is absorbed, the anchor agent rolls will harden, affecting anchoring strength or even causing failure. Therefore, moisture-affected anchor agent must be tested before use; otherwise, it will compromise spray quality and construction safety.
