B19 Tapered drill rod:

B19 drill pipe is used on anchor drilling rigs and is divided into bottom section anchor rod, middle section anchor drill pipe, and lower section anchor drill pipe. The drill pipes can be connected with connecting sleeves. Equipped with anchor rod drill bits. The connection thread between B19 anchor rod and drill bit is internal M14 × 1.5 or square teeth, with a length of 0.4-2.8 meters. The specific length and connection method should be specified in the contract. The length of anchor drill rods is 1 meter per piece, and other specifications can be customized by users.

B22 Tapered drill rod:

The thread connecting the B22 drill rod to the drill bit is internal M16 * 2 or square tooth, with a length of 0.4-2.8 meters. The length of anchor drill rods is 1 meter per piece, and other specifications can be customized by users.

Instructions：

1. Drill pipes should undergo regular maintenance and upkeep, and the maintenance cycle should be determined based on the usage  environment and air humidity. Regular rust prevention, oil coating, and dust prevention treatment should be carried out.

2.The use of drill rods should be within the rated drilling distance of the drilling rig, and a matching drill rod should be selected based on the technical parameters of the drilling distance and the drilling rig model.

3.When using drill pipes and drill bits together, the drill bit should generally be larger than the diameter of the drill pipe. During the drilling process, attention should be paid to the condition of the drill pipe and drill pipe at all times.

4.When drilling with ventilation or water, it should be ensured that the drill pipe is tightly connected during drilling.

5.When drilling the drill pipe, it should be manually connected correctly and closely matched. The drill rig should not be used to drill directly to prevent damage to the drill pipe.

6.If the bending degree of the drill pipe exceeds the standard requirements or the thread is damaged after use, which makes it impossible to operate normally, it should be promptly scrapped or returned to the factory for repair.

7.According to the standard requirements, the drilling depth of the drill pipe should meet the relevant geological drilling requirements to prevent the occurrence of detachment of the drill pipe due to the drilling depth reaching the limit of its use.

8.When working in acidic and alkaline areas, attention should be paid to the corrosive effect on drill pipes. When drilling is completed, the surface of the rod should be cleaned with clean water in a timely manner to remove the corrosive layer.

9.Drill pipes should be stored in a dry place, with multiple supports at the bottom. Regular maintenance and upkeep of drill pipes should be carried out during long-term storage.

10.The drill pipe shall not be used as a support platform for heavy tail stacking, and shall not be placed under crushed stones, coal piles or scattered.

11.After the maintenance and rust removal/dust cleaning of the drill pipe, protective caps should be fastened or the drill pipe should be boxed and sealed, which is commonly used and new.
