what is W-Shaped Steel Strap?
W-shaped steel strip, also known as top plate steel strip, is made of high-strength alloy plate cold pressed and combined with various anchor rods to form the integrity of the anchor rod. It is the best choice for controlling weak rocks and coal roof.
W steel strap features:
1. Model selection can be made according to different geological conditions and working environment;
2.The bending section modulus is increased by 37 times, and the downward section modulus is about 2.75 times that of the upward section modulus, so the anchor drill is used for upward jacking during installation;
3. Compared with other types of steel strips,W steel strips are more difficult to tear, and the steel is large, which is about 70 times higher;
4. Hardening during cold rolling to increase tensile strength by 12%-15%;
