Resin anchoring agent according to the gel time is divided into: CKa, CKb, K, Z, M.

CKa gel time is 8~25s;

CKb gel time is 26~40s;

K gel time is 41~90s;

Z gel time is 91~180s;

M gel time is >180s.

Resin anchoring agent technical requirements, the requirements are as follows:

1. Anchor agent in the appearance of the filling should be full. Soft texture, uniform color, no delamination of resin cement, no precipitation, uniform distribution of hardener, tight sealing, no leakage.

2. The diameter deviation of anchoring agent is ±0.5mm, and the length deviation is ±5mm.

3. When the ambient temperature is (22±1)℃, the consistency of resin cement should be not less than 30mm.

4. The mass ratio of the hardener to the resin cement should be not less than 4%.

5. Under the condition of ambient temperature of (22±1)℃ and age period of 24h, the compressive strength of anchoring agent should be not less than 60MPa.

6. Pull-out resistance: anchoring length of 125mm, diameter of simulated hole of 28mm, supporting rod body of 20mm in diameter and no longitudinal ribs rebar body with yield strength of 500MPa, the pull-out resistance under the condition of age period of 2h should be not less than 100kN.

7. Thermal stability performance means that In the resin cement in (80 ± 2) ℃ under the condition of 20h, take out in (22 ± 1) ℃ ambient temperature for 4h, the resin cement should not become hard, and its consistency is not less than 16mm.

Resin anchoring agent test is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

Factory test items include appearance, diameter, length, resin mastic consistency, solid glue ratio, gel time, compressive strength and thermal stability; Type test items include factory test items and pull-out resistance, anchoring force.
