Usage

1. According to the design requirements of the anchoring agent specifications and rod length, determine the drilling depth than the full length of the rod 60~ 80mm
2. Clean the eye hole with air pressure.
3. According to the designed anchoring length, use the rod body to send the selected anchoring agent to the bottom of the hole, start the agitator to drive the rod body to rotate for 30±5 seconds, and push it to the bottom of the hole at a constant speed.
4. After removing the agitator, wedge the rod body in the hole in time, and do not shift or shake the rod body before curing, especially when installing the top eye. It is appropriate to test the anchorage force at a fast speed of 15 minutes and a moderate speed of 40 minutes.
5. The fast and medium speed are 7 minutes and 15 minutes respectively, and the supporting plate can be loaded after tightening the nut.
6. Stirring installation tool according to the site dynamic conditions, can be used pneumatic bolt mixer or electric coal drill and connector, nut can be used pneumatic plate hand or manual plate hand. If the anchor drilling machine is used, it is more convenient to drill and install the anchor at the same time.
