Usage
1. According to the specifications of the anchoring agent and the length of the rod required by the design, determine that the drilling depth is 60-80mm longer than the full length of the rod
2. Use compressed air to clean the floating dust in the eyelets.
3. According to the designed anchoring length, use the rod body to feed the selected anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole, start the agitator to drive the rod body to rotate for 30 ± 5 seconds, and push it uniformly to the bottom of the hole.
4. After removing the mixer, timely wedge the rod at the hole, and do not shift or shake the rod before curing. It is particularly important to install the top eye. It is advisable to test the anchoring force after a fast speed of 15 minutes and a medium speed of 40 minutes.
5. The fast and medium speeds are 7 minutes and 15 minutes respectively, and the upper support plate can be loaded after tightening the nut.
6. According to the on-site power conditions, the mixing installation tool can use a pneumatic anchor rod mixer or an electric coal drill with a connecting head, and the nut can be tightened using a pneumatic or manual wrench. If anchor rod drilling machines are used for operation, drilling and installing anchor rods on the same machine is more convenient.

Storage and transportation
1. Resin anchoring agents should be stored indoors at temperatures below 25 ℃, without direct sunlight, and away from sources of fire.
2. The storage period below 25 ℃ is three months. Expired products that feel soft after inspection can continue to be used.
3. The packaging of the anchoring agent is made of hard cardboard boxes and tied with woven bags. When handling, pay attention to handling with care and do not throw or shake.
4. When transporting by railway, the whole vehicle or less than truckload can be handled in accordance with Class II flammable materials. When transporting by car, it is necessary to prevent rain and sun exposure.
