Method Of Using Slotted Anchor Rods

1. Determine the anchor bolt hole position according to design requirements and use drilling tools to drill holes.
2. Blow out the rock powder inside the hole with compressed air.
3. Install an anchor plate on the rod and use an impact drill to drive the anchor rod into the hole.
Recommended calculation method for drilling hole diameter of slotted anchor rods:
In rock layers: borehole diameter=(0.9-0.95) × Anchor rod diameter
Anchor rod drilling depth: Anchor rod length+100mm, drilling deviation rate<1%
In coal seams: borehole diameter=(0.9-1.00) × Anchor rod diameter
Drilling depth of anchor rod: anchor rod length+200mm, drilling deviation rate<1.5%
