4. After removing the mixer, timely wedge the rod body at the orifice, and do not shift or shake the rod body before curing. It is particularly important to install the top eye. It is advisable to test the anchoring force after a fast speed of 15 minutes and a medium speed of 40 minutes.
5. After 7 minutes and 15 minutes of fast and medium speed, the upper support plate can be loaded by tightening the nut.
6. According to the on-site power conditions, the mixing installation tool can use a pneumatic anchor rod mixer or an electric coal drill with a connecting head, and the nut can be tightened using a pneumatic or manual wrench. If a rock bolt drilling rig is used for operation, it is more convenient to drill and install the rock bolts on the same machine.
