Appearance: the anchoring agent should be full of filling, soft texture, uniform color, resin cement is not layered, no precipitation, uniform distribution of hardener, tight sealing, no leakage, each type of anchoring agent marking should be in line with the provisions.
Diameter and length: the deviation of diameter of anchoring agent is ±0.5mm, and the deviation of length is ±5mm.
Resin mastic consistency: the consistency of resin mastic should be not less than 30mm when the ambient temperature is (22±1)℃.
Gel ratio: the ratio of gel ratio to the mass of resin mastic should be not less than 4%.
Gel time: different types of gel time is different.
Compressive strength: ambient temperature is (22±1)℃, age 24h conditions, anchorage compressive strength should be not less than 60MPa.
Pull-out force: anchorage length of 125mm, simulated hole diameter of 28mm, supporting the rod body for the diameter of 20mm, yield strength of 500MPa without longitudinal ribs threaded steel rods, the age of 2h conditions, the pull-out force should not be less than 100kN. 100kN.
