The steel mesh material is made of Q235 steel, with steel diameters of (φ 6, φ 8 steel), grid sizes of 20x20cm, 25x25cm, and overlap lengths of 1-2 grid lengths, not less than 25cm.
Except for excavating tunnels in sandy soil layers, a layer of 4cm concrete shall be laid and hung on the steel reinforcement to form a whole with the sprayed concrete
Steel mesh should be laid and hung in the sand layer area first, and then compacted tightly along the excavation surface in the circumferential direction before spraying concrete;
When using double-layer steel mesh, the second layer of steel mesh should be installed after the first layer of steel mesh is covered by concrete with a thickness of not less than 3cm;
The steel mesh should be firmly connected to anchor rods or other fixed installations. When spraying concrete, the steel mesh should not shake;
When starting to spray, the distance between the nozzle and the sprayed surface should be reduced, and the spraying angle should be adjusted. The thickness of the steel reinforcement protective layer should not be less than 2cm;
If any falling stones or concrete blocks are stuck by steel bars during spraying, they should be removed in a timely manner.
